BUYING YOUR NEW HOME

We will work with you to ensure the floor plan fits your needs

After receiving a down-payment an order for your home will be sent to the manufacturer

You can make adjustments to your home until the home building process begins
DELIVERY, SETUP, FINISH

Once your home is completed we will have it transported to your site

A Premier Homes crew will set your home on the foundation. If you are purchasing a modular make sure you are there for crane day!

Exterior work begins followed by our interior crew until the home is completed to your satisfaction
SERVICE

Once final payments are made you will receive the keys to your new home!

At Premier Homes our work continues even after the home is finished. We will service any building issues that arise after your move in
