• Crawlspace foundation, including:

  • Plastic vapor barrier

  • Pea gravel

  • Rough backfill

• Gutters

• Indiana state sales tax

These are essential components of a finished, livable home. We include them upfront so you’re not hit with surprise costs later.

Single-Wide Homes

Our pricing for single-wide homes includes:

• The home itself

• Delivery

• Professional set

• Heating and cooling system (HVAC)
